SylviaSULLIVAN(Nee Perkin) At peace on May 7th 2017 at Abbey Court Care Home, Leek, Sylvia aged 87 years of Leek the beloved wife of the late Peter Sullivan, treasured mum of Patrick, John and Elizabeth, a dearest mother-in-law, a loving nan and great-nan and dear sister. Cortege will be received into St Mary's R.C. Church, Leek on Sunday evening May 21st at 5pm. Requiem Mass on Monday May 22nd at 11.30am followed by interment at Leek Cemetery.
